Olympus SKIN SILIC 790 & 850 SW CLEAR

The silicon skin fits fine. All the camera controls work fine. Adds some bulk and camera fits very snug in my case. I am very satisfied with the product.

I didn't like the case because it looked kind of weird on, and there was no protection over the screen in the back, and that is the part of the camera that I am most concerned about scratching!

There is not opening area for the Battery compartment or for the USB connections. You need to take it complete out before changing battery or downloading your pictures.

It is a little uncomfortable to use the camera wile wearing the silicone skin. I had to make a small hole for the wrist strap.The silicone skin turned to a yellowish color after two days of use in salty water.At the end decided to take it off and be more careful with the camera.

I purchased this case to go on my 790. We spent a week in Puerto Rico, where I had it in and out of the water. While it kept my 790 safe and scratch free, the case yellowed and became dingy even after rinsing with clean water. I don't know if I will continue to use it, as it makes my camera look old and disgusting.

I'm not sure why the only option is clear... it seems that a non-opaque skin would provide the same protection, but not look ugly after use.
