It was not meant for people who eat high-fat meals and have no intention of changing their diet or exercise habits. This pill will work if you are willing to commit to it -- and that is the magic word.

Let's be serious here -- dieting works when you make a commitment between your body and yourself that you want to change. Dieting works when you break a sweat and get active; it works when you put down the Big Mac and pick up the whole wheat lean turkey sandwich; it works when you stop drinking soda and start drinking water and other healthy beverages. Dieting only works when you put the effort into it.
