I can't believe all the great reviews
I followed the directions exactly and got no foam whatsoever. The result was as if I had put a straw in the milk and started blowing bubbles. Oh, and it turned the milk a weird texture like the lactose and water were separating. I was using nonfat milk but I don't think it makes a difference since they claim you can use any type of milk. amazing foam!
I was excited to get this for Christmas -- I love foam and the one on our cappacino maker for lack of a better word, sucks. It's a pain, you burn yourself if you're not careful. Barely foams the milk, it's just horrible.
I read the reviews on this before adding it to my xmas amazon wishlist and for the price, how could you go wrong? It worked just as amazingly and easily as I had expected.
Even my parents, who had gotten it for me, were shocked. The whole time I was home for the holiday, I made foam for everyone for their morning coffee. and every morning without fail you'd hear "I can't believe how good the foam is! I really didn't think it would work!". I even made foam out of lactaid(it is real milk, just with the lactose enzyme removed for those who are lactose intolerant). SHOCKING! Actually, I think I might have gotten my stiffest foam yet with the lactaid! I've tried it both hot and cold, as well as whole milk both hot and cold and everything foamed magnificently without fail.
I got some rechargable AA batteries for my aerolatte, so I never have to worry about my batteries going dead and not foaming properly.
Awesome product, you cant burn yourself like with a traditional foaming attachement on the espresso/cappacino maker, you can only make fantastically foamy foam!!

Good Froth!!
The Aerolatte Milk Frother was the hit of Christmas Morning. The recipient was thrilled at how much foam the frother made, much more and much thicker than Starbucks!! The only drawback is that it doesn't work quite as well if the milk is warm. No biggie though!! This little beater definitely left'em foaming at the mouth for more!! Saturday, December 27th, 2008

i love it
I love this product! i just use my cheap espresso maker and use this as the milk frother and i don't need starbucks anymore! Wednesday, November 26th, 2008

Frothy Milk in Seconds
I love this product. I use it daily and love to froth milk for my morning coffee. It is terrific and it works great with all kinds of milk especially with whipping cream and evaporated milk. I barely go to Starbucks anymore when I can make my own lattés at home and taste even better. I've even converted my tea drinking spouse to drinking coffee! That says it all!
