You need to use their software to upload pictures... and you CAN NOT upload pictures under Vista. i tried it on XP and worked.
If it doesn't work with vista why they mentioned "vista ready" ?!!!

Despite all my efforts, I couldn't get this to work with Mac OS X. Nowhere in the product information does it say it is Windows only, but it is. I expected more compatibility from a basic photo viewer.

This is good enough for what it is, a relatively inexpensive miniature photo viewer. But it's a little bulky for a keychain item and the viewer shows mediocre images. It would also be nice if it were possible to randomize the photos, which always display in the same order.

The case was bigger than I thought it would be, and the picture smaller, but all in all I really like it. I have some chipping on the side though I've only had it 2 months, but then I use it pretty roughly. People are always complimenting me on it. And I really like have the case on top of the screen - plus, as my friend noticed it has a mirror on the back of the front cover - like a little compact - except it's a slightly distorted mirror. All in all, this is a good product. Maybe a little cheap, but then the price is too. The only thing is that when you let people see it, make sure you tell them to slide the cover off to the side and not try to open it like a flip phone.
