Sterling Silver Satin Finish Heart Locket, 18"

My boyfriend got this locket for me for Christmas and it is perfect. I love it! The detailing on it makes it even better.

My girlfriend loved the locket and it took no time at all for it to arrive at my house.

Before I purchased this locket, I've looked around the stores, but I couldn't find one that I like in a reasonable price. This locket is very simple, and charming. I bought 2 lockets as gifts to my daughters' best friends in overseas, as we are visiting them. I put each of my daughter's pictures in the each locket, it looks good. I used a sawing needle to lift the tiny plastic cover inside to place pictures in and put it back. It wasn't that difficult even though it is pretty tiny. Since I don't use it, it is hard to say that the quality is good or not, but I have checked many other cheap ones at stores and found that most of the cheap ones I saw had a cover with a hinge that would fall off after a few times of use. This one seems to be as sturdy as the good quality ones ( $50.00 or higher range sterling silver lockets at stores) that I saw at stores. I have opened and closed the cover several times, but it feels sturdy. If my daughter want to get one, I would get the same one for her.

I bought this for my mother and mother-in-law for mother's day. I had the front and back engraved and it looks very nice. The chain is nice as well and not one of those very fine flemsy chains. It's a little hard cutting a picture out to put in the heart but you would have that problem with any heart shape.
