Got this printer about a month ago. Can not get the wireless to work, emailed HP many times, and have heard nothing. Just an email saying they are over whelmed with email, give them 72 hours. It has been 7 days. Unless you are a computer guru do not waste your time buying this printer for the wireless capability.

I have always relied on HP printers / all-in-ones for my printing needs, so when I went shopping for one for my mother, I knew HP was the way to go. I had not seen the Photosmart all-in-one that included the fax capabilities, so when I stumbled upon it I was immediately sold! This machine produces high-quality photos and functions as a GREAT do-it-all machine. Scans are clear, fax quality is good, and the six-ink-cartridge system ensures efficient use of the ink supply. I would recommend this machine to anyone!

Easy to install. The copier is so good looks like the orginal. I used it with wireless and just plug in and run it without any problems. I recommend to anyone

Good unit when it works and easy to set up.
I purchased one for small business use 11/07 and the unit failed after limited use on 12/31/08 - 35 days after the expiration of the warranty.
HP offered to replace it at a reduced price but it was cheaper new on Amazon.
This is the first HP printer that I have had that wasn't worth the money.
