UNV43624 - White Melamine Dry Erase Boards with Aluminum Frame

We bought this dry erase board for our small business because of the review below mine. I had searched high and low on the Internet to find something cheap and big, and this was it.

The dry erase board actually arrived bent and unusable (obviously damaged during shipping). Buying Partners, LLC quickly sent us a new board at no extra charge with no hassle. We had the replacement within a week.

The board is large, of good quality and erases/writes well. We are really happy with it and recommend it to others!

What more can you expect for such a good price? Shipping was fast, item arrived in fair condition. There were a couple of scratches on the board, but not a big deal.
The tray is VERY flimsy. Every time I go to erase something, the tray falls. I finally just stopped using the tray.
Overall, good product for the price!

Received the board within 4 days. Board was damaged. Called CSR; they said they will send me a new one, and send me return shipping info. One week later I called, they said they will take care of it... this time I can keep my old board, they will just send a new, undamaged one. One week later I had to call again, and they will send the order was never put in, or accepted, or whatever... finally I received the undamaged board. Scenario was a pain due to unskilled or uncaring CSR. The board is cheap, I got exactly what I was looking for... BUT the CSR was poor. Would not recommend purchasing products from this company as you can purchase the same items from other companies and get better service.

Great customer service, my board was damaged in transit and was replaced within a week. Appreciate it. Will do business again with confidence.

For the price, this whiteboard is perfect! I love it. It was exactly what I wanted, and what I needed. I would recommend this product.
