clean mouth feeling
I am using my Sonicare toothbrush at least once a day and certainly like the clean feeling it leaves in my mouth. It is easy to understand the directions for using it. Another feature, after the intial charging, it is always ready to be used.

Sonicare e-9500
Seems to be doing the job of getting rid of plaque but I won't know this until my next periodontal visit.

I see that when switching brushes because I was using the smaller for hard to reach place, the inside of the handle and the inside of the brush attachment held slimy liquid with a horrible odor. Why does this happen? and maybe there should be instructions on how to disinfect, other than investing in an additional accessory.

super product
Philips Sonicare Elite e9500 Custom Care Power ToothbrushThis is a great product. The battery once charged lasts a very long time. This is the best performing electric toothbrush I've ever used. After each use I feel as though I just received a proper dental cleaning by my dentist.

Good, bad and not elite
I've used this product for about five weeks and rate it as good, but not "elite" as the product name indicates. In fact, I've even considered returning it. While it seems to do an outstanding job of cleaning teeth, the vibration is strong and very disconcerting when the handle or back of the brush hits your teeth. The spray is fine but profuse, so you really need to close your mouth almost completely to prevent the spray from covering everything within a foot or two. Thus, it's difficult to keep the handle or back of the brush from hitting the teeth. I haven't encountered the build-up of fluid and debris in the toothbrush. However, the brush attachment frequently comes loose from the base while brushing the teeth -- which is particularly annoying! I've used an Oral-B for years and am likely to return to their toothbrushes rather than Phillips.

Standard of the Industry
SELLER: Fast shipping; I'm happy.
PRODUCT: Sonicare is the standard of the industry. This is a replacement for one of the very first versions...that lasted for years.

Very impressed that it came with two heads and a travel case.
Upon arrival, I charged it. It still has plenty of juice after twice a day use for two weeks.

Also like it self timer function. My old unit did not have this.

CONCLUSION: Just buy it, you'll like it.
