Works good
Works good, like the fact that the bag is totally inside the can so the dog can't pull it out. A bit annoying that when you walk too close past it the can will open. But you get used to it. The handsfree use is nice.

Only if it could take itself out to the curb automatically
The iTouchless has been wonderful in our household. It is so much fun it seems we are having to swap out bags more often because every bit of trash in in the iTouchless. The house is spotless!!!

So far I have not had any complaints. I haven't run into any problems other than user errors. We lost the plastic ring one time during a bag change. I don't remember where the battery is for the unit. I hope it isn't in a hard to reach location.

Great Gift Idea
To all those wondering - my mother gave me one of these about 3 years ago and it still works great! Every now and then a glitch with the lid but still going strong even after a cross country move (where the outside got a bit dinged) but I wouldn't trade it (and will buy another when I have to replace this one).

Nice idea, poor execution
The sensor and lid work great; it's the rest of the can that is poorly made. The main lid does not fit well on the metal can, and the plastic ring to support trash bag does not fit securely within the metal can, so the heavy lid sometimes tips, and the trash bag often slides down into the can. The trash bag ring is held only by friction within the walls of the can, which is not strong enough to support a full trash bag.

Great addition to any home
I never thought a trash can would be worthy of writing a review for, but this one definitely earned it. After months of use, it still works just like the day we got it. It keeps the bag hidden and we don't have to deal with an annoying foot pedal (which broke on the last two trash cans we had...including one trash can that cost about thirty dollars more than this one). It looks great and always elicits compliments from guests. Hah, the only drawback is now we occasionally find ourselves by habit waving our hands over other lidded trash cans in the house expecting them to open automatically.
