Iron Gym Total Upper Body Workout Bar

Iron Gym Bar is the smallest, lightest most effecient piece of equipment you can bring home for working out.
I needed something that required no installation, no screws or anything that ruins my walls or doors, the Iron Gym was simply the answer, it only took 5 minutes to assemble the Bar and then voila I was doing my usual pull ups, chin ups and crunches at home, and the price you can't beat that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I highly recommend this product for people who usually exercises pull ups and chin ups. This product is great.

Seems to be substantially built and was easy to assemble. Works as advertised but has the ability to remove the over the door trim if you are not careful.

I just got this thing yesterday at bed bath and beyond ($30-$10 coupon=$20!), and I am very happy with my purchase. I was a little worried that it might not fit in my doorway, but it fit fine and and the bar feels sturdy enough. I hope my doorframe is sturdy enough. It has been so far. I guess time will tell. I listened to other amazon reviewers and did not screw the bolts too tight(they said you might strip the plastic) and I measured how thick my wall/door frame is (they said it would work best for 5.5-6in). Be careful, as this will not work in all types of doorways.

If this bar was made out of metal, I would give it 5 stars. I think it's plastic, but I guess thats why it is only 30 bucks...

I love this pull-up bar. The bar is very secure, and I weigh 200 lbs. I really like the three different grips and the ease of set-up and take-down.

This is such a cool product I just have one question:
How did I not invent this myself?!
I recommend it for anyone who wants to improve his/her upper body strength and fitness.
