Factory-Reconditioned Bostitch U/CPACK3 3 Tool Compressor Combo Kit

I ordered this unit only to have it arrive with a huge crack on the housing that forms the handle. Although the nailer likely still functions, I returned it for exchange as even a recondition tool should come intact. Amazon tells me they have no reconditioned units left to exchange it with and offered to refund my money. Given that I can still order one of the reconditioned units as of Dec. 3, it would seem to me that Amazon knows these units come slightly damaged or they need to overhaul their inventory system. Given how many of these units seem to be damaged based on the other reviews, I am thinking I'll but a new Porter Cable combo pack instead.

I was pleasantly surprised to see that this reconditioned unit looks just like new. There's not a scratch or a mark on it. It works perfectly, too. I mainly wanted the finish nail gun for molding work. It's going to save me hours of hammer time on my new room addition. The price of this kit is phenominal...and with free shipping it's a no-brainer. Thanks, Amazon.

Excellent offering. The Package got here much sooner than expected, and all the componenets were there. The factory even threw in an additional air hose and kit.

I am very pleased with the system

Product recived in timley fashion but short advertised "Fastiners" upon calling Amazon rep their solution was "send every thing back" this is not a acceptiable way to handle this problem they should have been sent out by themself to correct the shortage. Others have also expressed the same thoughts if you don't include them remove this from the discription to be more truthful.

I was disappointed to discover that the compressor had just been tossed into a large box with NO packing materials and the contractor bag thrown loose on top of it. It had clearly been bouncing around inside the oversized box and arrived with the top black handle/cover smashed in half. Amazon is resending another now - I wonder if this one will have any packing material...can't comment on unit operations - very disappointing.
