This is intense! I'm a plus sized short woman who's lost 20 pounds before but gained it back plus 10 more. I'm determined now to lose this fat and in my first workout in less than 10 minutes I was breathing heavy and sweating like crazy! I just started using her DVD and I can feel the benefits already. The moves are not complicated but by not taking breaks and quickly moving from one type of workout to another, you're getting an intense workout! Knowing Jillian, I'm sure I'll lose weight with this DVD as long as I'm consistent!

What can I say... I love Jillian. This is an awesome video. It is for anyone who wants to change and is ready for the challenge. People always want the easy way out...well... this is not it but it will create change. Right when your about to give up and hurt Jillian gives the right motivation to keep you going. I did the video for 30 days.. 10 days at each level to ensure I just kept pushing myself and worked hard. I lost over 19 inches after the 30 day period. Anyone can do this. Yes it will be hard but if you have the determination you can do it and you will see results just DONT GIVE UP!

This is hard work but an awesome workout. I followed this video and lost over 10 inches!! I would recommend this video to anyone who is ready to make a change and work for it! I love this video. Anyone can do this video, just push through it. There are modified versions of almost every move. Just keep going.

This video is AMAZING. It is the most effective workout video I have tried. I am a workout video nut, so this says a lot. I have basically forsaken all others because this one delviers results in 25 minutes a day! (Including warm up and cool down) If you are thinking about getting this, JUST DO IT! You will not be disappointed. I won't go over what the workout entails, many have done that already. All you need to know is that it works and it is the BEST.
