Glad I bought this
I am glad I bought this docking station. It keeps my phone charged and acts like a desk clock. It is great for keeping my picture gallery as a moving slide show.

Works as advertised
I gave the cradle four stars, but here are a few things that kept it from five.

-- I was able to get it for $30 when the retail was $50, but that's still expensive for a simple stand with a magnet.

-- My only complaint about the functionality is that you sometimes have to fumble with it to get the charger into the connection. I find myself unintentionally hitting buttons on the screen in the process.

-- The cord is a little short. It will reach the ground from a nightstand, but I had to add an extension to be able to pick it up to set the alarm.

Great Little Gizmo
There are lots of reviews for this item, so I will be brief...
1. Works as advertised. Can also use the USB cable to hook up the computer.
2. Cheap enough - not all that much more than an additional charger.
3. The docking application is useful as a clock, music player, weather etc.

Since I use a leather vertical pouch and not a silicon type protector, I don't have the issues related to the phone not fitting on the docking station. My only issue with the docking station is that it relies on the phone for the speakers, so don't expect any great sound if you use the phone as a music player - Pandora or MP3, sure would have been nice to have some good sound coming from the docking station.

Still to be determined is the long term reliability...

A Must Have!
Love this. I have three, one in bedroom, one on my desk at the office, and one by chair in the living room. Instead of laying next to me or in my pocket draining the battery, I can plug it in and keep the battery charged while it is close by too. Has a great display, looks like a small digital clock with a large display and has your base icons right at hand. The charger that comes with the Droid stays in the car.

great day and night
Read a review that said it was too bright. I have 3 and my versions all have a dimmer in the upper left. Looks like a light bulb. Practically impossible to see unless in a dark room. This is a gerat charger, sync, copy, looks nice and great addition. Awesome and worth it.
