The Luggage was just as expected .. Fab! ... and when I had a problem with shipping this company immediately emailed me with a solution. I would order from this company again and I would strongly recommend their product and services. I am very pleased. Now I can not wait to go on my cruise in style.

This set is absolutely best buy in it's category. The quality is far better then what price would suggest. As for the zippers 'problem', it's the same like with all of the soft bags. Just a little bit more of extra caution and you'll be fine. I see no need in buying anything more expensive, especially when I have in mind that I travel a lot by plane.

I purchased this luggage for my oldest daughter as she is a world traveler. She used it on a recent trip to Ireland and it was the perfect set. She needed several smaller pieces for ease of travel and yet large enough to carry everything needed to last for three weeks. The luggage is durable and versatile and was a great price.

Once I received the luggage, I was very happy with it. However, the company that shipped the luggage sent me the entirely wrong product. They corrected it quickly once contacted. The luggage, however, is very nice and durable. I have purchased it as a gift for my son's birthday. I think he will enjoy it. I just wish the largest piece were bigger. Too many smaller pieces.

This is a good, not great, luggage set for the price. I have only taken these on one trip so far, and everything works well: the luggage balances well upright, the telescoping handles operate smoothly and are sturdy, and the inline wheels navigate *very* well (I had managed to navigate very narrow airplane aisles with a three year old toddler and a one year old in my arms while pushing this luggage).

The luggage material seems sturdy and there is plenty of room in the main storage areas and the side pockets. However, the zippers do not zip smoothly. Even when empty, the zippers catch onto and get stuck on the interior support corners of the luggage themselves. And you can imagine, what happens if a zipper catches a dangling piece of fabric. You have to be very fastidious keeping any loose piece of fabric neatly tucked in before zipping.

On balance, though I am please with the luggage because of the price point. If the zippers were better, I would easily give it a five star rating.
