The instructions and packaging are perfect. Each piece is identified as to what it is and where it goes. each piece of hardware, nut bolt etc. is in a plastic envelope with a code number or letter that matches the instructions which are also perfect.
Step by step instructions when followed will give you excellent results. My 13inch tv is placed on a 6 x6 inch post on my covered patio. Comes with a holding strap that wraps around the tv and holds it to the adjustable shelf.
It can swing and rotate to give me almost 320 degrees of viewing. Good design, strong. I'm not sure how well it would be with a heavy tv. Mine is a regular crt not a light LCD.

This unit was easy to install (provided you have no problems finding a stud through the sheetrock). It easily holds my 21" 50 pound TV. I only wish there was more adjustability for the vertical viewing angle.

It was very easy to install this swivel to the wall. Hardest thing was to find the stud. Really heavy duty unit. Up on the wall in 20 mins. Very well packaged and easy to follow instrustions.

I bought this for my new garage addition and it was perfect for the project. Having TV's everywhere in your home, garages and pourches is the thing now! especially if in this case you are using the ...older type TVs for your viewing pleasure. Great price and very easy to install!
