Bicycle Dual, rear folding wire carrier.
Dual carrier.
I received the carrier in a matter of a few days. The carrier was
packed in a secure box. The carrier itself is chrome plated and is of a sturdy nature. I was pleased with how it folds compactly and will suit my needs just fine. Mounting hardware was included and will work just fine. I will substitute the nuts with locking nuts from my local Home Depot as that would be more secure so nobody steals it. A five star product from a five star company.
Thank you....

Perfect Racks.
Nice baskets for my grocery bike. They installed easily and are heavy duty. They do not rattle on my bike rack and carry lots of cargo. Some people, however may find heel clearance a problem with some types of bikes. I had no heel problem on my old Trek 930 mountain bike though.

Strong and durable.
I got these racks so I could do errands while on my `exercising' bike ride each day. They attach with three pieces of steel hardware each. I did find that it's easier to pre-fit the basket, pre-form the straps and have all screws and nuts easily at hand. Grab two pliers, a regular and a needle nose in addition to the screwdriver and small open end wrench. The straps are somewhat universal in nature so you have to take a bit of time to get them right. Also make sure you mount them far enough back so your heel doesn't hit the basket while pumping. Once attached they are strong and flexible. I've stuffed these things full and the steel construction bounces right back. When you want them out of the way they EASILY fold into themselves and a strong but simple hook-latch holds them closed. They pay for themselves very rapidly with savings on gas if you want to reduce your weekly car mileage.

These are the baskets you're looking for.
These sturdy little baskets are great. They fold and lock out of the way, they don't add noticable weight when empty, and I've just carried 30.0 lbs of groceries home in a pair of them. (Didn't mean to, but there was a sale on Lean Cuisines.) My bike handled very well; the most awkward part was mounting the bike and getting it moving.

Carrying space, not weight, is the effective limitation. Each basket holds one standard paper grocery bag with the bag opened and upright, but there is no room for the bulging that happens when bags are packed. So don't leave the store with 2 bags so full that goods will fall out the top when the sides are forced upright. I use cloth grocery bags with handles I can tie across the top to keep my groceries a bit more secure.

I attached these baskets to the Wald rear bike rack. I highly recommend the baskets, but I suggest you buy the Wald rack only if you have a lifetime's experience jerry-rigging small projects, along with a great deal of patience and a large collection of hardware flotsam. The rack comes without either the instructions or the hardware you'll need to attach it to your bike. The baskets, on the other hand, come with adequate instructions and all required hardware. If you can provide the screw drivers and wrenches, they should attach to any rear rack that has bars along the sides, as most racks do. Do attach them toward the rear of the rack so your heels don't whack them as you pedal.

To summarize, buy these baskets. You'll love them. But consider buying a rack from someone other than Wald. You've been warned.

Great product
Easy to install, need retightening, and then they don't move or make any noise at all. Big enough for any grocery bags, and then fold up out of they way. LOVE THEM!!!!
