Bicycle Rear Rack Grocery Baskets, Folding - Wald 582 (Set of 2), Black

Ok this design is absolutely flawless, and it's the best idea I've ever seen for bicycle grocery baskets. It's so simple, the baskets fold up to almost nothing when not being used (you won't even know they're there), and when open they are very sturdy. The mounting hardware included works excellent, and I think would probably work with nearly every rear rack out there. Mounting is super easy and simple as well.

You can't go wrong here. If you're going to be biking and you need to carry things for ANY reason, stop hesitating, and BUY THESE! Totally worth it. Very handy to have some bungees to tie things down with, though, as hitting bumps or curbs can make your things go flying!

I found out about these on the EDC forum and had to get a set for my wife's bike...easy to install and very sturdy/strong. Wonderful and highly recommended!

I bought it for shopping to save gas. The fact that it folds out of the way is really nice. However, I wish it was lighter. It weighs more then a the plastic milk crate I was using before.

these baskets are just what I was looking for. I have used them a lot and so far they are great. The clasp to open them and close them is a bit stiff, but that is good, I think.

Amazon's price was the cheapest I could find. These fit easily onto a bike rack with 3 metal straps and bolts. My rack was very thick so I had to buy longer bolts but normal bike racks would have no problem.

They weigh 5 pounds so consider that if you lift your bike much. Seems like a small weight but it's noticeable.


Grocery bags fit nicely. These open and close with a built in latch that's very secure. I commute with my bike so these make a stop at the grocery store possible.
