people are asking me where to get this all the time.... I work with Alzheimer's people and it is such a great help.... Everyone should read this! it is affecting people of younger ages now... get sleep, reduce stress and eat healthy...like NOW!!!!!

Lost three people in my life this year to severe dementia. One had brain x-ray test showing only 20% of his brain left though he recognized us all and could sing well. After his memorial I determined to help myself to prevent this. So glad I bought this book. It is very easily read, makes common and practical advice easy to follow, and gives me hope for a better future. I would say the doctor's information is "time sensitive". It is time to do everything we can to prevent and alleviate Alzheimers and Dementia.

This (new) book arrived within 5 business days. Even with shipping it was still several dollars cheaper than Borders.

I am so please to have yet another excellent resource to help battle this terrible disease - Alzheimer's disease - why? Because we have an obesity epidemic as well as a diabetes epidemic.
Obesity, Diabetes, Heart Disease and Alzheimer's Disease are strongly linked - we need to do all we can to reverse these diseases and books like the The Anti-Alzheimer's Prescription are very important messages to help win the war against Alzheimer's Disease.
