It works
I bought this product because my PT said I needed to strengthen my core muscles due to a herniated disk that looked like it would require surgery. I bought this and started out very slow no more than 5 a day and I seem to be getting better an I don't think surgery is going to be required I highly recommend this, but start out slow and make sure you do the movements correctly. Very good product!
I bought this product and both my husband and I have used it. It took me a bit to figure out how to properly use it, but it works very well! Definately recommended! Tuesday, July 15th, 2008

simple, easy and quick
inexpensive way to develop upper arm/shoulder strength and abdominal strength. wish I knew about this a long time ago! Friday, July 11th, 2008

abs buster
Great little device to work your abs. The double-wheel construction makes this unit very sturdy and stable. Very easy to assemble. Don't bother with a cheap version -- go with this. Tuesday, June 10th, 2008

Not bad, but beware
Never trust a review that says one little device will instantly give you a 6-pack. That takes cardiovascular exercise, a low-fat diet, and overall a low % of body fat. The wheel works fine, was easy to assemble, and definitely can be felt in the abs. The downside is that despite being very attentive to proper form, it hurts my back - a lot. The potential for injury and strain is very high, even with a properly conditioned athlete. So just beware!
