So disappointing. This was a waste of money. I've had mine for two months and the strap is already ripping off. I felt like this made no difference in my legs. I contacted the company about my strap ripping and got no response. Wouldn't recommended them. Save your money.

I bought these out of HUGE curiosity and they are great. I workout quite a bit already but i live in So Cal and wear flip flops about 75% of the year. So I figured with so much time in FFs, they should be supportive and keep me working a bit harder. The first thing I noticed what that on days after i did not do a regular workout, i woke up with my legs sort of tingling all over. Not like major sore muscles from a real weight workout, but enough to notice that my legs go through a minor recovery period. The second and best thing i have noticed is that that horrible problem area under my butt (yes, saddle bags area) is smoother and less cellulite-y! I swear! I'm actually a bit worried about what I'll wear when winter comes!

They give me a work out, after wearing them all day my calves feel tight and sore the next day.... And my fiance asked the other day if I've been working out......... I said no. It's the truth just wear these shoes a couple times a week :)

The FitFlops are comfortable, supportive shoes. These are much better than cheap, rubber flip flops due to the design. I recommend these to anyone who wants to wear casual, open-toe shoes that have some support.

I normally wear a 7.5 US so I ordered a UK 5. They might me a bit big, so my next pair I think I'll get the next smaller size to see if they run big.
