So far the best "green" dish soap
Just a note: as of this review, the price for this is at $99! I can't say that's a great deal. I believe I paid $38! Now that's a great deal! Hold out if you can, & see if the price goes back down!

We have tried just about every brand of "green" dish soap out there. We find we always go back to Seventh Generation. It works well, suds pretty good, & a bottle lasts over a month. It has no scent what-so-ever. Perfect if you are avoiding scented products.
Because we have well & septic. It is very important to us to have a product that not only works, but is safe for our septic & for the environment. Seventh Generation creates products that I feel much safer using. Of course they are not perfect, but the more chemicals we avoid, the better off we all are!

I Had To Use Too Much...Not Worth It
I bought it because I have sensitive skin and don't like strong smelling detergent AND care about our environment. This liquid pours like water and I had to use a lot just to keep the suds going. I thought, at first, that it was my sponge, so I tried a different one and the same results. I made the mistake of buying 6, so now I'm stuck with them. I am now on a mission to find a better natural dishwashing liquid. Hopefully, you'll have better luck.

Cuts Grease, Super Concentrated
You only need very little to clean. It's free of dyes (why do other brands put dyes in their dish soap anyway?) and in unscented. I like that! My guests are so impressed when they wash my dishes (yeah, I make my guests wash dishes)! They can't believe how a little goes such a long way!

Wonderfully Gentle
Seventh Generation Dish Soap / B000C7SSE6

After using (and loving) the Seventh Seventh Generation Dish Soap with Lavender scent, I was excited to change over to the Free and Clear unscented version offered on Amazon. My mother has asthma and a lot of scent additives - even natural ones - can send her into bad coughing fits and give her trouble breathing.

I'm happy to say that this Free and Clear soap does not irritate her breathing at all, and the soap cleans just as well as anything else out there on the market. The soap is gentle and does not give me any skin rashes, and since the ingredients are natural and are not harsh on grass or animals, I'm able to use this soap outside to clean out my dog's crate / carrier without worrying that the drained soap will kill my grass, poison my water, or hurt my little puppy when he chews on the dried grass later. I love this product!

way over priced at amazon
I am allergic to chemicals so this is the only dish liquid I use...well.. actually the one with lavender oil. It works great and I can also use it when doing general house cleaning. But, I get it at Target for $1.49 a bottle so this is way over priced...
