First of all I live in a rural area and commute to a town of about 200,000. Most frequencies the unit chooses have a signal in the back ground albeit not too strong a signal. I have had very good luck in my area getting a clear crisp voice coming out of the stereo in my truck.

It is easy to use and connects to my cell via Bluetooth easily. This thing works great. The fact that it can use any FM radio allows me to use my stereo system at home when working from my house. A boombox would work for a conf call while in the park...

I have not tried playing music from my cell phone via the Motorola unit, nor have I tried voice dialing.

The battery seems to last for a good amount of time. My commute is a couple of hours a day and I can go for a few days without recharging.

I bought this handsfree for business in the car, and anytime i'm in WA it is illegal to use the cell phone while driving. I am returning it after many people complained of terrible noise and feedback during conversation. I recommend a Parrot hardwired system, that is what I am going to buy, and my colleague who has one is very pleased

This is a great product. It sets up quick and easy - it sounds loud and clear - plays my mp3's and phone calls through the car stereo or its own speaker - battery life is about a week. Only issue (very small one) is the range is very wide and sometimes I'll take a call in my house and the bluetooth picks up in my car and I can't hear the caller. Works like a charm... no one can tell I'm on bluetooth and I love that I can listen to calls and music on the radio. The calls are great because the voice comes thru an FM station (if you choose) so it surrounds you.
So easy to set up and use also.
