Great device
The Kensington 33374 is a great device for presentations. With this model the company has addressed my three issues with the prior version
1) Now the device is OFF when the USB antenna is in its home spot on the device. This prevents inadvertent depressing of the laser pointer (and therefore drainage of your battery) when the device is being carried. I kept my old one is a rigid plastic container buffered by paper towels to prevent this from happening.
2) The device now uses AAA batteries, While the AAAs are larger than the prior watch battery, the device still fits snuggly in your hand and, with lithium batteries, is only minimally heavier. AAAs are readily available, as opposed to the watch battery.
3) You can now open the battery compartment without a tool. You used to have to have one of those tiny eyeglass screwdrivers to open the case, who wants to worry about having to carry one of those around? I always carried a replacement battery (see #2), but during my last presentation to the FDA in Rockville MD, the device died and I could not replace the battery as no one had one of those screwdrivers.
I really like this slide changer as it is very simple with no extra bells and whistles to distract you from your goal, to give a killer presentation. And when you pass it around to other presenters they grasp how to work it instantly.

Kensington 33374 Wireless Presenter
A snap to use, just plugged it in and there it was! I really didn't expect to like it was much as I do. It's small, but not too small. I like the shape and the buttons are very easy to learn and use. Neat little unit, a real bargain.

Kensington 33374 presenter
The Kensignton 33374 wireless presenter works great for me. I am running windows vista and ms powerpoint 2007. The 65ft range seems to be accurate. The ability to store the reciever in the handle is a great plus. Very comfortable to hold in hand.

Mac compatability
I bought this item on Amazon several months ago (as an awesome lightning deal nonetheless) and I've been able to use it and test it. I own and primarily use a MacBook Pro (now 1 generation old) running OS X 10.5 Leopard so my main concern in purchasing this item was its compatibility with the Mac OS and IWork '08 version of PowerPoint (namely Keynote). I am happy to say that the item seems to function without any trouble with Keynote! For various reasons, I also run Microsoft Office 2008 Mac - and I'm happy to report that the device also functions with Powerpoint. Perhaps the best thing of all with this wireless presenter is that there is no software to install. Note to Mac users - when you put the receiver into the USB port OS X will prompt you with a wizard thinking that the receiver is actually a keyboard - just close the dialog, no harm no foul. Overall, a great buy, highly recommended!
