Yahoo! No more stained fingers!
I love this cherry pitter. With two young children who adore cherries, it was all I could do to keep up with them using a paring knife for pitting. With this purchase, I'm fast enough to eat a cherry or two myself without incurring demands for "more", all without acquiring burgundy fingernails. I love it. Most of the time, especially with firm cherries, the pits are entirely removed; occasionally with softer cherries I need to finish the job.

Wonderful Little Gaget!
I did a lot of research on Amazon before I bought this pitter. I bought this one based on all of the reviews & I'm sure glad that I did! This thing is WONDERFUL! It's sturdy & efficient. I also love the clear plastic around where the seed comes out! It prevents a lot of mess. This unit is also easy to clean. You're gonna love this thing!

Great gadget!!
This gadget is the greatest thing ever. Pitting cherries is a real pain-but not with this handy little item. I was afraid it would squish the cherries or make a giant hole in the top and the bottom. It make only a small home in the bottom, and the hole at the top (stem end) is barely noticable. Great tool for a gadget junkie like me!

Good Buy
I have been making my own baby food and when it came time to introduce Cherries I was not looking forward to pitting each individual cherry to mash them up for her. So, I thought I would try the Cherry Pitter. It really does work. Occassally it did miss the seed and pop out some of the fruit or a good deal of fruit would come out with the seed, but rarely. Overall, its a great product and keeps you from having to eat around the seed in your mouth and spit it into a cup, gross.
