Good for the price
The cords are not long enough to suit my desk, so I can't position the speakers on opposite sides of my laptop. Also, I hear white noise/interference (whatever you call it) when the speakers are on with no music playing. But, for $10, it's a 4-star purchase.

Big Sound For Small Speakers!
I trusted the reviews for these speakers and bought them for my PC at work. I was blown away by the richness of the sound - and they can play loud enough for anyone. Don't get me wrong, they are not esoteric studio monitors and the low end won't rattle you car, but, hey, we are talking about $15.00 delivered. Would highly recommend over many higher priced speakers I listened to. Bottom line - good bang for the buck.

Sweet sound at a sweet price
I purchased two sets of these for two office desktop computers. The sound quality is great, they feel well made and have substantial weight for their small size, they are not cheap and plasticlike. The volume knob is convenient and easy to operate. I like the fact that these are 110v plug in powered, that saves me a USB port. Another plus is that there is ample wire between the speakers to place one on each side of dual 19" monitors. The product met my needs at an amazing price.

Cons:
Needs an (Optional)add-on matching sub-woofer

Can't beat the price, But..
I purchased the Logitech S120's for about $9, so I wasn't expecting crystal clear surround sound results, but I have been satisfied with them thus far. $9 speakers do have their drawbacks though. I have been hearing static whenever the volume knob for the speakers is low, and nothing is playing on my computer. I thought it was some sort of a frequency issue, so I tried moving them further away from my laptop, but that didn't do much. Honestly, the static is negligible. Overall, you will be satisfied with their performance. $9 for small speakers that deliver great sound (believe me, they're around 5000x better than my Dell Inspiron 1525 integrated speaker) is one of the greatest deals out there.

GREAT EXPECTATIONS
THE LOGITECH SPEAKERS ALLOW ME TO HEAR MY FAVORITE RADIO STATION. WITHOUT THEM MY WORK WOULD BE FUTILE.
