No ringer off button
There has been lots of praise for this phone. And it's all true. However I'm going to mention two gripes I have. First, do you know how many keystrokes it takes to turn the ringer on the handset to OFF? TEN! Yes that's right. If your phone is in your bedroom, and you want to turn the ringer off at night so as not to get a wrong number call in the middle of the night, you need to turn the ringer off. The stupid process is:
1. Down Arrow
2. Down Arrow
3. Down Arrow
4. Down Arrow
5. Down Arrow
6. OK Button
7. OK Button
8. OK Button
9. Up Arrow
10. OK Button
Now the ringer is off, and you can have peace of mind that you will not get disturbed at night. Now the next morning, if you want to turn the ringer on again, you need to press TEN more keystrokes to turn the unit on again. Now do this over and over, every day for the rest of your life. Whatever happened to the ringer on and off switch that phones used to have?
Next, if that same phone is in your room and sitting on the base unit, you will have a nice night light in your room, because the indicator light NEVER turns off as long as the unit is on the base. This can be covered up though with tape.
OK, aside from these two points, there are too many pro's about this phone not to keep it, especially when compared to the competition.

Very nice wireless phone
The phone works fine in my apartment, it works everywhere even in places were 5.8 GHZ didn't do so well. I recommend this dual handset. Thursday, October 16th, 2008

Nice phone
I'd recommend this product in a minute. The reception is very clear and the volume can be adjusted from soft to very loud. The setup was a breeze and the fact that the answering machine can be operated from the handsets is a great feature. The only gripe I have is that the phone menu is awkward to navigate with the circular pad. Wednesday, October 15th, 2008

Just what I expected
I received the phones in the time I was promised. I hooked them up and charged the batteries and that was it. The phones work perfect. I couldn't have made a better choice. The batter life is excellent. I would recommend these phones to anyone. I am really pleased with them. Wednesday, October 15th, 2008

Finally a good phone
Finally I have a phone, landline portable that is exactly what is advertised. I have bought about 4 different phones over the past year and this one is the one I should have started with. No interference from the microwave, always holds a good charge, no static and I am very happy with it.
