Panasonic Viera TC-37LZ85 37-Inch 1080p LCD HDTV

The Panasonic Viera TC-37LZ85 37 inch tv's (two) which I purchased did not live up to my expectaions. I use them with Cable TV and the pictures are not as clear as I wanted on the HDTV channels, changing channels is very slow, and the sound is poor - we need to have sound at 100 (maximum) for hearing the TV in normal conditions.

This is a gorgeous TV - just the right size. The picture is so clear and sharp. The price was lower than anywhere around - I would purchase from this supplier again.

Very happy with this TV. I bought it primarily to fit space available in an entertainment center but have been very pleased with the picture, etc.

Great tv, looks fantastic. I bought this for my family room and the size is perfect. For me I was looking at this tv, the vizio 37 720p and a Samsung 40 in. I already own a Samsung Plasma

Pros:
1080P
Sports look great/fast response time
Excellent sound, better than my samsung plasma
Cheapest 1080P tv I have found

Cons:
No PC input, but I think I can just buy a dvi/hdmi adapter
Remote: Remote does not work right until the tv has been on for at least a minute. I use my satellite remote so this is not that big of an issue

You wont go wrong with this tv, I have it hooked up to directv, wii, 1080p dvd player and a apple tv.

This LCD is light years ahead of the 4 year old top rated LCD it replaced. The picture quality is amazing. No more grainy picture at close range. Crisp picture quality from either side. Simple set up for DISH connection. No more phone line to the TV in order to utilize all the DISH options. Highly recommend this model.
