Wheat free brownie mix
The wheat free brownie mix is not to my liking. I won't be reordering. I'd rather not eat chocolate than to eat these brownies.

L-O-V-E this product!
Another home-run from the people at Pamela's Bakery! My family loves this brownie mix. I make these brownies at least once a week. I've made them for dessert and no one guesses that they're gluten-free. We make the "fudgy" version and it really is just too good for words. Nice chocolate chunks, also!
Another great value with Amazon's "subscribe & save". This product is approaching $5 per bag at the foodstore. Now, we can have brownies as much as we want! Y-U-M!!!!

Good but not exceptional, A super + for making it for bread machine
Pamela's Products Wheat-Free Amazing Bread Mix, 19-Ounce Packages (Pack of 6)

Greatr for gluton free diets- especially as it can be made in a bread machine- It rises well following directions.

Too spongey and gooey
I tried this mix for my son who is on the GFCF diet. I used the bread machine recipe, and found the texture to be quite spongey and gooey almost like a bad cake recipe. The flavor seemed to lack something that I can't place my finger on. Maybe the flavor of sorghum was just too rich for my liking or like previous reviewers indicated it may be too sweet. Now my son who is the bigger critic seemed not to care for it because he'd take one bite and that would be it. I may try a different recipe for this bread mix because it has diverse recipes on the package. For now I'll give it 3 stars for the bread machine recipe on the package.

Update: Made the bagels. I am an experienced baker and made the bagels the way I always knew how. I let the bread machine knead the dough and let it rise once. Turns out had I paid better attention to the instructions it indicated to mix the dough for 3 minutes, and place 1/2 cup size balls on baking sheet to rise. Instead I let it rise in the bread machine and when I took the dough out it was quite wet and gooey. I needed to get my own gluten free flour mix out to be able to shape the dough. I let it rise again, boiled and baked the bagels as indicated. The final result was a nicely textured chewy bagel which my son enthusiastically enjoyed . Only problem is its good for a day, and then it gets quite hard. This may have been the result of my adding extra gf flour to shape the dough. Next time I'll freeze the bagels that are left over. I still give this 3 stars because again the flavor was a bit off, but I definitely thought the texture was very good.
