Good Pet Stuff Hidden Cat Litter Box

I have 4 cats and 3 litter boxes thru out my home which I always thought looked messy. The new hidden planter-kitty box is a great idea and looks great in any of my rooms. The only suggestion I have would be to have the "fake" plant part look more real. The cheap material used for the plant part almost kills the great idea of the box. For $100+, I think a better material should be used. With that being said, I plan to order one more. I've replaced the fake plant part with pretty beaded branches.

I started having issues with one or both of my cats going on the floor. Very frustrating. I have a top loading cat box and while it was being used, so was the floor. I saw this hidden cat box on a flight magazine and knew I needed it, but didn't like the high price. Amazon's price is considerably cheaper, so even though it's substantial for a cat box, I got it. This has been great! Not a problem with the cats going elsewhere since. Now they go back and forth from the top-loading box and the hidden litter box. I put a doggie piddle pad on the bottom and then tape a jumbo liter liner onto the inside. This makes clean-up much easier. I am very pleased with this purchase!

The litter box surpassed my expectations. It came well-packaged and easy to put together. It's incredibly easy to clean (I scoop out the litter and then just wipe it out with soapy paper towels) and it doesn't seem to absorb odor as other litter boxes do. I've had several people not realize that it was a litter box at all, which is the purpose. It's very large, which makes my cat happy. The plant is easy to manipulate and to bend to make it look natural. All in all, I'm very happy with this product.

I've had the hidden litter box for over a month now and i am pretty happy about the purchase. This is ideal for people with small space in their homes/apartments and who do not want to put an unsightly litter box in plain view. This is a great idea and most of the people never realize that it is a litter box. Here are some positive and negative things about the product
Positives:
1. Great design, awesome look, especially the pot part is very authentic looking.
2. size is really good, i have two cats and one of them is a big one, they both use it with ease.
3. Enough depth in the box so you can put a lot of litter at one time.
4. you can use any litter your cats are used to, unlike the restrictions put by the automatic cleaning litter boxes.

Negatives:
1. Need design improvement, putting the top back after cleaning is not the easiest and takes some getting used to.
2.Should have a range of plants to choose from , currently there is a one plant fits all approach.
3. Cleaning the box is more time consuming because of the circular shape.
4. Provided moss/grass is an attraction to at least my cats and one of them keeps eating it.

Over all a great product and idea especially at the amazon price. i wish they make some improvement to the next generation design so putting the top back is easier.

We have been using this "hidden" litter box for about a month and are very happy with it. We had a new cat that was having an occasional "accident" on the furniture in the family room, which was unacceptable. We figured out she was afraid of the laundry room (noise) where the other little box resided, so we wanted a litter box in the family room, but not a visible one. This "hidden" litter box immediately solved our problem and no accidents have happened since it arrived. It is larger than I expected, but looks great in between our sectional and recliner. We asked a friend to try to find our new litter box and she couldn't, but the cat is having no problem finding and using i!. It is a little difficult to replace the top after cleaning, but once you get the knack it isn't a problem (line up the top and bottom cut out "entry way" and it snaps right together). For our needs I give this product a both thumbs up!!
