Samsonite Converter/Adaptor Plug Kit with Pouch, Charcoal Grey

I have this set and found it worthless. In EU many of the outlets were round, and you also need to factor in the voltage difference. They use 220.

My mom was happy she could plug in her curling brush in Germany, until it melted on the counter- it took some very clever crafts-woman ship to use my nail buffer to restore that counter top.

I would suggest asking your hotel what their outlets are like before purchasing. They are different in the the UK then EU, and Italy has its own shape- fortunately many of the places I have stayed had essential items so I didn't need a plug/voltage converter.

I went to Scotland and got this right before going. It worked like a champ and also the countries printed on the different adapters was a big help.

This converter/adapter kit worked well for us on our recent trip to Europe. While I was concerned that I would not be able to charge the battery for my camera, this product charged the battery perfectly. The added bonus of all the adapter plugs helped with the recessed sockets on most of the European wall receptacles.

This Samsonite Converter worked great. I just spent 2 weeks in Greece and had no difficulty charging any of my small electronics. The unit is compact and lightweight, which is very important because of the restricted luggage weight. Every little bit helps!

Bought two of these products for a trip to Australia-- luckily I discovered when I got that these products are useless for recharging cell phones, ipods, computers, etc.
Don't waste your money. You can find similar products that will do it all.
Samsonite is still stuck in the 1900's. Get with the 21st century.
