Leigh-Anne cracks me up....I laughed 10 pounds off just reading her ideas!!! I'd love to see her perform this on stage!!! She's very funny even without cottage cheese. Love the idea of Chi--I must have fat Chakras!! I feel inspired to go change the color of my kitchen and dishes!

Finally...something that makes fun of the whole diet nonsense in a truly funny way. This book is hysterical and a must read for any person who has ever tried to lose weight, or watched somebody else try. I read this book when I was in the middle of dieting the boring way, and now I'm throwing out the food scale, and just laughing my way thin, thanks to Leigh Anne's hilarious suggestions. I highly recommend reading it and will continue to make my fat cells angry and visualize "cottage chi."
