Accudart D4015 Classic Bristle Dartboard

this dart board was bought as a replacement for a friend.he as had the same board for a couple of years or so and loved it.we use it almost everyday and with this the center has started to bludge out so we thought it was time for a new one.but other then that we really have never had any problems with it.

It has a very professional look and works great. I just finished making a dartboard holder out of Red Oak and it looks AMAZING... only got to throw two dart so far and both sunk in all the way until the brass.... only thing I noticed is that the dart holes remained and stood out from several feet back.. idk if the self-healing sisal fibers take a couple mins to heal or what... overall great dartboard

I got this for my boy friend. He was excited about it. But then after two throws he stopped using it now :(

The dartboard arrived promptly and I was very impressed about it. It looked very professional. But the problem is it is very very heavy. So you cant hang it using push pins. You have to use the nails that are provided.
Thats not the main problem...

The darts are!!! Though they are claimed to be made of brass, actually there is a part of the darts where the needle is joined with the brass using very delicate plastic. We hung the dartboard in the garage and the floor in the garage is hard. Two darts were lost in two throws... They bounced of the dart board (may be because of our inexperience) and fell on the floor and (snap!!!) and they broke..

Why cant people think thoroughly when they make products.. the board get a rating of 5. The darts looks very professional too. But the durability is zero. How can they use fragile plastic in darts?

So the bottom line is unless you want use this in a room with thick carpeted floor, DONT GET THIS...

Item arrived on time. Exactly as advertised - a good dartboard at a good price.
