Thera-Band Door Anchor

What I love about this anchor is its dependability and reliability. If you use a theraband, you can tie the band to the strap and you're ready to exercise.
I personally use it with my exercise bands. The bands come with an anchor but it is not something I'd want to depend on and you certainly don't want a band coming loose and hitting you in the face! Because this anchor has such a broad base, you can use it under, on top or on the side of the door without fear of it slipping through. Excellent.

I do not recommend this product! I had mine for only a few months and the foam ring broke while using the product. The bands and strap retracted really fast and hit me the face close to my eye which gave me a nice bruise for a few days. I am now using a different type from another company with out the foam parts. I am always careful with my equipment. I check and make sure there are no strains, rips or tears before using equipment. The foam ring that you place behind the door seemed fine prior to use. It broke apart within the first 18 reps of my exercise. I thought this was a well made product but it proved me wrong. I pray no one else has or will have the same experience as I have with the Thera-Band Door Anchor.

It's a no-brainer product. The design does it's job without issues..It's very affordable and was shipped in a timely manner. If you need a door attachment, then this is the way to go.

Tying a note in my exercise bands to place in a closed door frame added wear and tear to the band. This product solves that problem.

A simple device but it works. It doesn't put the stress on the Theraband inside the door. You could probably make something like this, but it isn't very expensive. I ordered it from Pro Therapy.
