DeWalt DC527 18-Volt NiCad Fluorescent Area Light, No Battery

We recently had a power outage and I got to use this little light for a few days. It did a great job, lasted a very long time on each charge and put out a respectable amount of light for it's size.

I just received my flashlight and used it today to install an electrical panel in a basement. FANTASTIC! I have been using a head lamp when I do electrical work and this flashlight made the whole process easier. The fact that the light goes out completely without warning isn't a problem for me because I still wear my headlamp too. I know this flashlight will be very useful when doing wiring in an attic, it puts off a lot of light and the hook, built into the top makes it easy to hang and project the light where you want it.

What can you say about a good, workable product except "Good & Workable."

this light is great we use it for working in attics and closets while installing alarm systems. puts out good light and last a long time.

If you have DeWalt 18-Volt Batteries, this is a great addition. The light is very flexible and bright. The light lasts for 2 1/2 to 3 hours and does not dim, but goes out at the end of a charge. The top hook is great for hanging from floor joists or roof trusses. Excellent quality throughout and very easy to change bulb.
