Gym Dandy TT-220 Teeter Totter

I purchased this teeter totter for my 2 grandaughters (5 and 2) after using the same item at their cousin's house. It was excellent--heavy, sturdy, and fun! I was most impressed by the weight it will handle overall, which enables adults to use it with the children. I was able to sit on one end, with 2 children weighing approximately 75 lbs. together sharing the seat at the other end and it performed beautifully.

I have a recreational art school for 3 and 4 year olds. I wanted to find a Teeter Totter that was not to babyish and yet safe enough for young children. I received the Gym Dandy about a month ago and the children absolutely love it! It goes high enough to be fun and exciting but not so high that it is a worry. I even caught my 12 year old daughter and her friend on it the other day. They loved it!
The Gym Dandy is well made. Very sturdy and stable and yet it is easily movable with 2 people. I like the colors, too.
I am thrilled with my decision on this Teeter Totter. I just wish that I had gotten one for all 4 of my children when they were little!

My 3 year old and 6 year old really enjoy themselves on this. We even had a party and their older cousins had a lot of fun on it too. My husband put it together and he said it's good quality. The problem that I have with this item is that it is not packaged very well and the pieces get banged up and dented and chipped during shipping and a piece was sticking out of the box when it arrived. The parts are too heavy for the kind of box it comes in. Also, we've only had it for 1 month and it's chipped/scraped already which will eventually rust. I have a feeling one of the kids did this and not due to the weather. Overall, I would recommend the gym dandy.

My children love this teeter totter! I have four children from ages 2-13 and all can play on this. We have ours outside beside the swingset. It is a very smooth motion and seems to be built well. It did not take but an hour to put together and it was ready to be used. I have heard the seats will fade after time outdoors, but that is okay. It will get lots of use! I love the pendulum effect, which prevents pinched fingers like so many others. Up to 4 children can ride at one time, due to the longer seats. Very sturdy! Worth the money!

We bought this for our son's birthday. It didn't take long to put together and everyone at the party LOVED it. The other kids and adults were asking where we got it. It is sturdy enough for a smaller adult to ride and hold a kid who can't hang on themselves. I definitely recommend!
