Hot Wheels 4 Lane Raceway

It's a fun toy for my 4-year-old and probably would be for kids a few years older too, but where it scores points for fun, it gets dings for construction quality. It's easily knocked over, and when it falls, several links of track usually fall apart. The plastic is rigid and the parts fit together (more accurately, stay together) poorly. (which also could describe the Pontiac G6 rental car I drove around last week, but that's another review). The other complaints you've read about this toy's durability aren't isolated.

My son got this for his 4th birthday and everyone liked it. It doesn't seem very stable, but hasn't broken or anything. The older kids 10, 19 & 39 (ha ha) were playing with it too. Got a second one as a gift for a 10 year old. It doesn't come with any cars, I think it should have come with at least 1, if not 4... but that's just my opinion.

Purchased this for my 2.5 year old. He is now 3.5 years old and still playing with it everyday. I would say this is his all time favorite toy. It has held up fine, though my son can be rough he is not off the wall. Usually my husband and I will sit at the end of the toy and push cars to him and he sends them down the track. He will also play for long periods of time by himself with this toy. When friends come over they play with it as well. When we go on vacation we fold it up and bring it with us. Love that it folds and can be easily put away. Highly recommend it!

I bought this toy as a christmas gift for my son and he loved it. It's easy to operate no assembly required. It also stores great!!!

We purchased this toy for our 2 & 4 y.o. boys. Its fun and the cars race quickly down the track. The track itself snaps together and packs away easily, but is also easily knocked over & collasped. Its not as sturdy as I would have hoped. The legs that prop up the higher end do not lock into place and a little push of the track will have it falling down.
