Western Digital My Passport Essential 320 GB USB 2.0 Portable Hard Drive WDMEB3200TN (Intense Blue)

I bought this product recently but I haven't had the chance to really expereince it. So far it seems to work well. I had a little bit of a trouble with the software initially but now it's ok.

When I received the Western Digital Hard Drive the plastic packaging came broken. It was odd since the card board box that it was in was intact which told me that probably the plastic was broken when the drive was packaged in the factory (I assume this from the way that it was broken since it was the plastic on the inside of the wrapping and you could see it broken right through without needing to open it and taking the driveo out). I immediately called the seller and they asked me if it had any type of physical damage, which it didnt, and suggested that I go ahead and test the drive to see if it had problems, if it did they assured me they would replace it. I opened it up and the drive is fine, it works Ok. I ran some scans on it and they all showed up Ok, so i finally kept it. Its fast and portable which is what i was looking for.

a very good electronic device.

My son in law thought this was a really nice looking portable hard drive and was excited to start using it. We got it for him for Christmas.

I have had this for 3 weeks now and seems no problem what so ever.
